Android phones block installations from outside the Google Play Store by default. Follow these steps to bypass the warning securely:
1. Download the File: Tap the official download link inside your StarHela web dashboard to download the .apk file.
2. Unblock the Installation: A pop-up saying "Install blocked by Play Protect" or "File might be harmful" will appear. Tap Settings on that pop-up.
3. Allow the Source: Toggle the switch next to "Allow from this source" or "Unknown Sources".
4. Complete Setup: Go back to your Downloads folder, tap the StarHela file again, and click Install.
How to Fix Common StarHela App Login Errors
If you run into issues while using the app, use these quick fixes:
App Not Installed
This happens if your phone runs out of storage space or if you have an older version of the app already on your phone. Delete the old file, clear up space, and try installing again.
Wrong Credentials or Login Loops
The app is highly sensitive to spaces. Make sure there is no accidental space at the end of your username or password. If it persists, log in through your web browser first to confirm your password is correct.
Blank White Screen on Launch
Go to your phone Settings > Apps > StarHela > Storage and click Clear Cache. Restart your internet connection and open the app again.
